We had a great time! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a challenging but still doable room for all of us. Brian was great! We did the Jester's revenge, and we would definitely come back and do the other room.
It was my 14 year old daughter's birthday and she decided she wanted to try this escape room. She and 3 of her friends went and had an absolute blast!! They couldn't stop talking about it and already said they want to come back and try out the other room. The 4 girls were the only 4 in the escape room so it was a perfect Covid safe indoor activity and perfect for this rainy day! The host was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend and plan on going back ourselves!

Can I bring extra people?
You are welcome to add more people at any time. We can take payment over the phone beforehand or even at the time you arrive for your game.
Do you have a party room?
Unfortunately, we do not have a party room available for food & drinks after your event. However, we are located <1 minute walk from The Square shopping center located off of Main & MacArthur cross-streets. There are plenty of outdoor communal tables for you to sit at after your event.
I have a 3rd party voucher, but it is not working

Are your rooms suitable for children?
We allow ages 6+ to play our escape rooms. We also do not have any special pricing for children. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Will I be in a room with people I don't know?
No, all bookings are private for your group only, no strangers will be added to your booking.
Can I play with only two players?
Both of our escape rooms (Jester's Revenge and Revolution) can be played with only two players. Please note, for Jester's Revenge your party will be split into two rooms upon arrival. The first goal of the game is to get reunited, and then once united escape the room together.

OUR LOCATION
No. 1 Escapes is located in the heart of Irvine! We are located across the street from John Wayne Airport. We are also next door to The Square shopping center by Irvine Company. Many of the restaurants at The Square have nice communal patio seating areas, great for group events and birthday parties.
PARKING
We are located in an office park directly of Main/MacArthur intersections in Irvine. There is plenty of parking available in the front and back of the building. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your reservation to go over a welcome video & storyline video prior to your game.
